Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small records stored in a browser. This site uses local storage to remember your preference and, with permission, Google Ads for advertising measurement. Local storage is not a cookie, but is described here with the same transparency.

Necessary functions

• Preference record — cu_privacy_v2: Stored by this website in your browser’s local storage. It records the allow/deny choice, version, decision date and expiry. Retention: 180 days. It does not track visits for advertising.
• Administrator session — cagla_admin: A first-party cookie created only when accessing the administration sign-in. It supports secure authentication and request verification. This is a session cookie; the administration session expires after one hour of inactivity. Ordinary visitor pages do not create it.

Optional advertising measurement

Provider: Google Ads. Purpose: to relate telephone and WhatsApp link clicks to advertising performance. Optional measurement relies on your consent. The Google tag is not loaded without permission; continuing to browse or reading this notice does not count as consent.

• cu_contact_sent_phone / cu_contact_sent_whatsapp: Limits repeated counting of the same click type within a tab session. These session-storage records are used after permission and last for the tab session.
• Google measurement cookies: Following permission, advertising click identifiers and measurement cookies associated with Google services may be used. Names, domains and durations can vary with the product, browser and configuration. Google’s current cookie list and durations.

Google may process IP addresses, device/browser information and advertising identifiers outside Türkiye. Our custom measurement events do not include health-related page titles, detailed page addresses, or message and form contents. Personalisation and remarketing are disabled.

Changing or withdrawing permission

Open “Cookie preferences” in the footer, turn advertising measurement off and save your choice. Withdrawal stops new custom click events and clears accessible Google measurement cookies on this website’s domain. If the tag has loaded on the page, the page reloads. Cookies on Google’s own domains can be removed through your browser’s site-data settings. This does not automatically erase information already sent.

If you clear browser storage or the 180-day preference period expires, you will be asked again. Declining does not restrict contact options. Privacy policy and contact details.
